Ways to Work With Me
GRIEF COACHING
Nightmares After Loss
This journey is for people carrying grief that continues beyond the visible loss or crisis.
It may be especially supportive for those experiencing recurring dreams, disrupted sleep, nighttime anxiety, intrusive memories, emotional heaviness, or grief that becomes harder to manage when the day becomes quiet.
You do not need to have the “right words” for what you are experiencing. This space is designed to help you understand what your grief may be asking for without rushing or trying to erase it.
- How grief is showing up in your body, sleep, and daily life
- Recurring dreams, nightmares, memories, or nighttime experiences
- Emotional triggers connected to loss
- Fear, guilt, anger, longing, numbness, or unfinished feelings
- The relationship between grief, memory, culture, and personal meaning
- Grounding and calming practices for difficult nights
- Rituals or reflective practices that honor what you are carrying
- Ways to create a different relationship with grief rather than feeling controlled by it
- Rebuilding safety, rest, and connection after loss
8-week private coaching journey
- One 60-minute virtual coaching session each week

LIFE REBUILDING
Becoming Again
This journey is for people who have survived a difficult season and are beginning to ask, “Who am I now?”
You may feel disconnected from the person you used to be, uncertain about what comes next, or ready to rebuild but unsure where to begin.
Becoming Again is designed for people navigating identity shifts, major life transitions, loss, change, burnout, disrupted confidence, or the realization that returning to your old life may no longer be the goal.
- Who you were, who you are now, and who you are becoming
- Identity changes after grief, trauma, transition, or major life disruption
- Confidence, self-trust, and personal direction
- Patterns or beliefs that no longer support the life you want to build
- Values, purpose, priorities, and what matters now
- Boundaries and relationships during seasons of change
- Reconnecting with interests, goals, creativity, or parts of yourself that were lost
- Turning ideas into realistic next steps
- Building a life that reflects where you are now rather than who you were expected to remain
8-week private life rebuilding journey
- One 60-minute virtual coaching session each week

Frequently Asked Questions
Both Nightmares After Loss and Becoming Again are eight-week private coaching journeys. The eight-week structure gives us enough time to explore what you are carrying, recognize patterns, practice new tools, and notice what begins to shift without rushing the process. Each journey is personalized to your experience, so while the program follows an eight-week structure, the conversations and focus of each session will reflect what is most relevant to you.
We meet once a week for eight weeks. Weekly sessions create consistency while still giving you time between conversations to reflect, practice what we discussed, and notice what is coming up in your everyday life. Between sessions, you may also receive reflection prompts, exercises, or program-specific practices to support the work we are doing together.
Each private coaching session is approximately 60 minutes. Sessions are designed to give us enough time to slow down, explore what is coming up, and identify meaningful next steps without making the experience feel rushed.
Sessions are held virtually through video call, allowing you to participate from a private and comfortable space. Because the programs are virtual, BTSH can support clients in different locations without requiring travel. Before your first session, you will receive the information you need to join your appointment.
BTSH coaching is designed for adults looking for support around grief, identity, life transitions, rebuilding, and the emotional experiences that often accompany major change. Nightmares After Loss may be especially helpful if grief continues to show up through sleep, recurring memories, emotional triggers, nighttime experiences, or difficulty adjusting after loss. Becoming Again may be a better fit if you are navigating a major transition, feeling disconnected from who you used to be, rebuilding confidence, or trying to understand what you want your next chapter to look like. Coaching is not therapy or crisis treatment. If your needs require clinical mental health treatment or a higher level of care, we can talk about whether coaching is appropriate during the discovery call.
Your discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation to learn more about what you are navigating and what kind of support you are looking for. During the call, we can briefly discuss what is bringing you to coaching, identify which program may be the better fit, talk about what you hope to gain from the eight weeks, review the program structure, investment, and payment options, and answer any questions you have before making a decision. There is no obligation to enroll during the call. If we decide the program is a good fit and you would like to move forward, you will receive the next steps for enrollment, your coaching agreement, payment, and scheduling your first session.
Yes. Payment options are available for the eight-week coaching programs. We can discuss the available options during your discovery call so you can choose the arrangement that works best for you.
